Bakery Unit         Perhaps our most popular unit, the Bakery is also the youngest, having been started in 1997. We offer vocational training for a number of our boys who are interested in this work. Our bakery produces bread, buns, biscuits, cakes and puffs for sale. We sell our products to the school children before / after school as well as during lunch, and we make daily trips to SLRTC & CMC Hospitals. We also cater to special orders as they come.
